A man who aggressively kicked doors and pushed traffic cones while on bail has escaped a jail term.
James McClung pled guilty to one charge of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
McClung, 29, of Church Street in Kilwinning, also entered a plea of not guilty to a second charge which was accepted by the prosecutor.
On September last year at Green Street in Saltcoats, McClung repeatedly punched and kicked a door, pushed and pulled traffic cones and barriers, swore, and acted in an aggressive manner.
McClung was given a Community Payback Order.
