Bake Off fans are set for even more changes to the show with the introduction of a new challenge.
At the start of this year, it was announced that judge Prue Leith would be leaving the Great British Bake Off with Nigella Lawson taking her place while Paul Hollywood will be returning as a judge.
Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding will be returning as the hosts of the show.
The show's spin-off Extra Slice has also been revamped with a new name, Second Helpings, and two new presenters, Judi Love and Jon Richardson.
New challenge introduced to Bake Off
While the show will still be very familiar to long-time viewers, there are a few things that have been added to keep it fresh.
Earlier this year, it was announced that viewers would have the power to suggest challenges for the bakers to take on.
The challenges would fall under Audience Choice Week, with viewers given the chance to suggest a signature, technical, showstopper challenge or an idea for all three.
On the new week, judge Paul Hollywood said: “I'm really looking forward to seeing what great ideas come through.
“People often come up to me in the street with challenges they wish they could see on the show, well now is the perfect opportunity!”
The challenges have been further developed by the Bake Off team and judges.
One of the challenges that came from the viewers is a friends and family challenge.
The bakers will be allowed to invite friends and family into the famous Bake Off tent to help them out.

Speaking at the launch of the Great British Bake Off, Paul said: “It’s the first time we’ve ever done it.
“It really worked. The atmosphere changed in the tent.”
Noel added that it was “chaos” with family members ending up having “proper full-on fights”.
