THE TEEENAGE boy who vanished after saying he was travelling to Braehead Shopping Centre has been traced safe and well.
Cops launched a major search for Ryan Rotchford, 13, who was last seen at around 2pm on Tuesday.
The force said it was believed he was travelling to Braehead Shopping Centre with a friend.
He was reported missing by family when he did not return and they could not get in contact with him.
Police Scotland has since said: "Thanks to the response from our social media appeal Ryan Rotchford, 13, who had last been seen in Lochwinnoch around 3pm yesterday.
"He has been traced safe and well in Johnstone."
