AS MOST of you are aware DuaL Fitness run 12 week fitness challenges throughout the year and our next one is a about to start on April 6.

Our challenges help people increase their fitness, tone and or lose weight and educate individuals on their diet and nutrition and how important it is to fuel your body with the proper nutrients to get the best results possible from their training.
