IRVINE Rugby Club is now on the lookout for more players to join its thriving youth section.
In the past couple of years, the number of youngsters playing out of the Marress club has expanded greatly with more than 100 kids now part of the set up.
It is now hoped that this great work can continue with a recruitment drive launched - in particular for boys in the S1-4 age group.
The club is inviting anyone interested to come down and give the sport a try - regardless of their previous experience.
Whether they have never picked up a ball before, or have played at school level and fancy taking the next step - all are welcome at Irvine.
A spokesperson added: "Irvine boys have a group keen to welcome your kids down.
"Our team are friends on and off the pitch, opening up a huge opportunity to get your young men off the console and experience something new.
"As well as training and playing weekly our social aspect and friendships formed are like no other!"
