THERE have been various arrivals and departures as the Irvine Meadow squad begins to take shape ahead of the new season.
Jamie McKim's men are preparing for life in the West of Scotland Football League (WoSFL) Premier Division after comfortably claiming the First Division title in the last campaign.
However, several members of that squad have moved on in the wake of their championship glory.
Steven Tan is among those who will not be part of the club's Premier Division return after announcing his retirement from football.
The midfielder has been a vital part of the Meadow team since his arrival from Kilbirnie Ladeside at the beginning of last season.
The club said 'Stan' was a "massive part of the dressing room and environment that helped make last season such a successful one".
A statement added: "His character, professionalism and presence around the squad made him a valued member of the group from day one.
"While we're disappointed to see him call time on his playing career, we're grateful for everything he gave during his time at Meadow."
Another massive part of the Meadow midfield will also be heading off, with club captain David Anderson to depart following the expiration of his contract.
Discussions had taken place to extend his stay but no agreement could be reached and Anderson will move on to a new challenge.
Euan Baird has been confirmed as the new captain of the club, making the step up having served as vice-captain during the last campaign.
Also heading for the Meadow Park exit door will be Ross McKenzie, who has joined Forth Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.
McKenzie captained the club for large periods of last season and played a vital role in Meadow's title-winning endeavours.
Meanwhile, Noah Young is yet to exit the club but has been added to the transfer list at his own request.
It has not been all departures at this stage, however, with youngster Mikey McPeake extending his stay in Irvine.
A product of the club's under-20 side, McPeake has been rewarded following a positive loan spell with Glenvale in the second half of the season.
Despite only spending a small portion of the season with the club, he earned Glenvale's player of the season award having contributed an impressive nine goals from his midfield role.
Two new signings have also arrived in North Ayrshire, with Ross Davidson the first in the door.
He arrives at Meadow Park having most recently played with Beith Juniors, where he served as club captain.
He also brings fantastic experience from stints with Kilmarnock, Albion Rovers, East Fife, Stirling Albion and Johnstone Burgh.
McKim has also snapped up Jack Whittaker from fellow Premier Division outfit Hurlford United.
A versatile attacking player, he brings a strong pedigree and a proven track record at the WoSFL level.
