THE WEE Buffs side faced the teams from Glasgow's south side in their second home game.
They got off to a great start, scoring inside three minutes. Ryan Strain set Jack Cummings free down the right. His shot was superbly parried away by the keeper but Billy McGinn finished.
Four minutes later, a Strain header then broke to Jordan Shearer who finished high into the net.
Alba pulled a goal back in 15 minutes.
The Wee Buffs then scored four goals in 10 minutes.
In 48 minutes, Jamie Taggart found LM Shearer to finish first time.
Just five minutes later Jamie Cook played a ball to the feet of substitute Aidan Kane who turned his marker and netted.
McGinn bagged his second in 55 minutes before Taggart played a pass to Cummings who netted at the far post.
The Wee Buffs then went 7-1 up, Jamie Cook delivering a corner low into the box for Kane to net his second.
Substitute Cammy McLintock shot home from six yards after Cummings had set him up.
With four minutes remaining, Jamie Cook netted from just inside the penalty area.
Two from time, a killer pass from McGinn played into the path of Cummings who scored again.
